How to Pay

Placing an order with Edesia is easy. Select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and click 'Add to cart'. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click on the 'your cart' icon in the top right area of your screen to checkout and complete your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit cards and we accept bank deposits in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) only.

Please use your order number as the reference. If bank deposit is chosen we will not send foods until payment is received.

The Card Security Code is a three digit number found on the back of your card with your signature, after your card number.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Payments are processed by eWay secure platform. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns or provide a refund if you simply change your mind.  We do however offer a service and product quality guarantee so if you have any concerns of this nature, please email or call us to discuss your options further.

Goods are well packaged to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Chilled items will be packaged with re-useable cool packs and in a suitable chill bag or box to ensure they remain chilled.
